  • 300ml of unsweetened almond milk (coconut is also great)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of Kale leaves
  • 4 tbsp of natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of almonds
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the drink is smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy either in the morning or halfway through the day. You will notice your concentration levels increase dramatically within the first hour of drinking the smoothie and the controlled release of natural sugars and vitamins will keep you feeling energised throughout your day.
